Stress among the primary’s school teachers.

1- What factor cause to your stress?
i. Work load
ii. If a married person they have a lot of work to look after.
iii. Time is not enough.

2- What do you think to solve the matter?
i. Some of the work have to do by the clerk.
ii. They should give school break more longer to the teachers. So that they can enjoy and spend time with the family and be more relaxing.

3- What suggestion that you can give to the school?
i. Introduce to the new technologies wear, so that the teacher can do their paper work from the house and can be send it by e-mail through the school or headmaster.

4- What suggestion that you can give to the education ministry?
i. Employ more clerk to the school and so that they can help the teachers.
ii. Do a trip in the end of the year for the teachers to enjoy themselves in the Malaysia environment.

5- Can you give an explanation why do you get stress?
i. Paper work is a lot which not enough time to do- example teacher have to teach and the meantime have to do their reports, so this make them very stress.
ii. Parent involves in school matter.
iii. Naughty students.
iv. Feel so exhausted when the teacher have to relief other teachers class when they get absent.
